P-38 Lightning

A friend of mine called me and said his brother’s favorite plane was the all mighty P-38 Lighting. He provided the kit, so I was obliged to build it. Was a really successful project. I was really happy with how it turned out. Click the photo for more.

Pilot Bust

I thought this was an excellent kit. It was a ton of fun to paint. I ended up giving it away to a co-worker, as we both work in the aviation industry.

P-51 Mustang

This model was made to commemorate the men and women who tirelessly serviced aircraft during the Second World War before their departures into battle. I gave this one to my employer, as we both share a similar passion for our roles we play in the Aviation Industry. Click the photo for more.

U-Boats

I’ve done various U-boats. I think they are incredibly fun because they are simple to put together but look fantastic with a realistic diorama. Click the photo for more.

U-Boat Captain Bust

I named this character “Shatzi” the U-boat Captain. Oftentimes, the U-boats were incredibly dirty and greasy. I did my best to portray a Captain battle heartened and “In the thick of it”.

Memphis Belle B-17

What would a World War Two Model Collection be without a Memphis Belle B-17. This iconic aircraft was the first to complete 25 missions in Europe. This model was completed many years ago and still remains hanging above my desk today.
